"She’s a creative and wanted color everywhere. He’s in finance and wanted a white background for Zoom." Designing a shared office for two people with completely opposite priorities became an exercise in creative problem-solving.
Admittedly I spent a lot of timing coming up with this scheme. The breakthrough came when the clients approved the colorful wallpaper mural on the ceiling, creating an unexpected focal point while preserving a clean backdrop for daily video calls.
Custom built-ins maximize every inch of the compact footprint while concealing much-needed storage. The result is a workspace that feels playful, highly functional, and uniquely theirs. It's proof that the best design solutions don't require compromise from either side, they simply find a way to give everyone exactly what they need.

Tyler exceeded every expectation we had. From the beginning, she approached our project with creativity, passion, and attention to detail. We immediately felt we were in the right hands. The final result is far beyond what we could have imagined on our own. Our home not only looks beautiful, but functions beautifully for the way we live. We are so grateful we found TDV Interior Design and would recommend Tyler without hesitation. She has a true talent for mixing materials, textures, lighting, and furnishings in a way that feels sophisticated but livable. Every room feels individual and has its own personality, while the home feels perfectly cohesive as a whole. Tyler also made what could have been a stressful renovation feel manageable. She was hands-on, communicative, organized, and an incredible advocate throughout the process. Her relationships with vendors and trades were invaluable, and her level of involvement gave us so much confidence along the way - you could tell she genuinely cared about our family and the project.
